From the cover you might think this is some ridiculous romance novel right? Well I thought this at first and decided not to read the book, even after reading the cover. Later I went back to it, for some reason it still caught my eye, and after some debate I decide to give it a try. As I started to read the book it got more and more in depth, and I just pulled me in. Terry GoodKind can write a great all-around book. If want fantasy, adventure, action, mystery, suspense, or romance you should read this book because it has all six. It is a very detailed story full of great characters, dialogue, and twisting conflicts. Wizard's First Rule is part of a series, but the great thing is that you don't have to go on, but with a book this good you just want to read more and more of Terry.
